Psychotomimetic drugs: molecular, cellular and behavioural mechanisms of action

Our aim is to decipher how psychotomimetic drugs, such as ketamine, act onto neuronal networks. We focus our attention on the NMDA receptor biophysics, trafficking and signalling in various brain regions, and dissect the respective contribution to psychotic-like behavioural alterations.
