Established in 2024, the Biochemistry technical facility coordinates all activities enabling IINS team members to perform biochemical analyses. It provides three shared laboratory spaces equipped with state-of-the-art instruments for the institute’s research teams.

Our expertise

The facility supports the following missions:

• Provide shared spaces, equipment, and consumables for tissue/cellular sample preparation, protein quantification, immunoprecipitation (Proteins A/G, Streptavidin), immunoblotting, and automated WES analysis
• Develop standardized protocols and enforce hygiene & safety compliance
• Organize and conduct training for newcomers to grant access to shared facilities
• Perform weekly inspections to ensure good laboratory practices
• Oversee equipment maintenance and resolve technical issues
• Manage biochemical product orders
• Evaluate and monitor the platform’s annual budget
