MicroFab

Our expertise

The Micro Fabrication facility provides access to a cleanroom environment dedicated to the fabrication of microdevices and experimental tools under controlled conditions (room N1-157), as well as a restricted-access workshop equipped with a 3-axis CNC machining platform (N0).

The facility supports the development and prototyping of custom devices for biological and microscopy applications using a combination of microfabrication and rapid prototyping approaches, including: Lithography and soft-lithography, 3D printing, hydrogels formulation, CNC machining, …

Available equipment includes:

  • Cutting machine
  • Plasma cleaner
  • UV and deep-UV exposure systems
  • PDMS fabrication area
  • Spin coater
  • 3D printer
  • 3-axis CNC machine
  • Vacuum chamber
